The Bomoko Foundation implements an awareness program combining several types of approach to reach a maximum of people. The main objective of this awareness program is to inform the population about the 5 types of recurrent cancers but also to create cooperation with the local populations in order to increase awareness of the benefits of early diagnosis of this disease.
Our strategy
Conducted on individual (residential) and community properties eg. private residences, churches, educational institutions, and markets, etc. these outreach activities aim to reach the maximum with the minimum. Facing these challenges and to meet them, the Bomoko Foundation is working to set up an awareness program jointly with other specialized institutions in the field of Health. This type of collaboration will reduce organizational costs, strengthen team spirit, provide pleasure in the work and give teams a sense of belonging and satisfaction in the work. Conducted in public and private places, these activities sometimes target isolated individuals or grouped individuals. They are carried out, in particular, in schools, universities, community centers, mosques, hotels, prisons, and hospitals of the DRC.
