The word « Zumba » in Spanish means "move fast and have fun". It transports us with her furious and sunny latin rhythms (salsa, merengue, cumbia, calypso, reggaeton, etc.) and offers us an excellent cardiovascular exercise.
Thanks to its dynamic, catchy and festive music, it is beneficial for morale and health.

In addition to promoting posture, Zumba® is a discipline par excellence for improving muscle tone, endurance, coordination, flexibility and self-esteem. The goal of Zumba® is to move and have fun, while having fun. It is an excellent calorie burner where you can burn over 600 calories in one hour. You do not have to be a dancer or a dancer to practice Zumba®, the essential thing is to move and have fun, while being active and active in a good mood, to the rhythm of exotic music! It should be noted that Zumba® is for a group of any age where choreography is simple, easy to follow, fun and effective.
